South Korea’s Online Arrival Card needs to be completed by most international visitors to South Korea. It is easy to fill in online up to 3 days before you arrive, or at the airport itself before you head to Immigration.
We last visited South Korea in May 2025 and completed the paper arrival card just before Immigration at Incheon International Airport. Since February 2025, a Korean online arrival card has also been available to complete before you arrive.

Whether you are a first time traveller to South Korea or a repeat traveller, the form needs to be completed and only takes a few moments.
Please note the arrival card is separate to any K-ETA / visa requirements and Q-Code digital health questionnaire that some travellers may need to complete. At time of writing, many travellers are exempt from the K-ETA until 31 December 2025 so you will need to do this e-arrival card instead.
Here is our guide to the 2025 South Korea Online Arrival Card.

How far in advance can I complete the Korean e-arrival card?
As of February 2025, you can now complete the online /South Korea e-arrival card up to 3 days before you arrive.

For instance, if you arrive on 17 September, the earliest you can complete it is from 15 September up until the day of departure.
And don’t worry if you’re reading this at your departure airport thinking you may have left it too late – the paper arrival cards at Korean airports are the same. The e-arrival card just saves you time at the airport – so if you hate online forms, just do it at the airport.
